Sultantheme.com has the largest (155skins) and cheapest vb3.8.x collection priced only 9.99usd per skin. But vb4 style sell for 24.99usd. Currently they have 45, vb4.1 skins. The biggest collection amongst all.

    Have worked with SultanTheme in the past and have been very happy with the service and support. Hope they start to offer IPB skins in the near future.

    Honestly, I think many of SultanTheme’s skins are underpriced, and I fully support his decision to raise prices for vB4. He does awesome custom design work too; I have the prettiest forum in the world now, if I do say so myself!

    I have changed my site so many times I lost count . When you change things something goes wrong all the time.
    Sultantheme.com Has helped me out every time I have needed it
    more then I can say about others . that is with VB 3.X and 4.X
    and the themes are top rate and a nice price. It is the best place for the best themes out there others don’t even come close
